VIEWING MESSAGES
Within a transaction, you may view messages sent from or received by you or anyone in your group/company.
First, click on a Transaction:
Then, click on the Messages section:
You will be brought to your received messages section and by default you will be able to see messages sent from other participants directly to you. If you'd like to see messages received by anyone within your group/company, uncheck the box shown below:
You can click "Sent" and you will see messages sent by you to other transaction participants. By default, you see messages sent by you (the box will be checked). To see Messages sent by all users of your company to other transaction participants, uncheck the checkbox shown below:
