REMOVING ANOTHER TRANSACTION PARTICIPANT
In this tutorial, you will learn how to remove another transaction participant from a transaction. Once a participant is successfully removed, they will no longer have access to the transaction.
On the overview of the transaction, click the more options menu
next to the relevant participant and then click "Remove":

Next, click "Remove":

If the participant is fulfilling multiple roles, they will be removed from the subsequent role(s) instantly.
But, if you receive a red error message stating: "This Participant can not be removed from this Transaction because they are participating in one or more Orders, Tasks, Messages, Events and/or Memos. Please contact the participant directly to request they remove those objects and themselves from the transaction" then you will need to follow the below mentioned criteria for removal.

To remove a transaction participant, the below requirements need to be met for the participant:
Orders:
If transaction participant being removed has placed or received an order, then the participant cannot be removed from the transaction unless the order is cancelled or declined.
Internal Tasks
If transaction participant has an internal task applied, then the participant cannot be removed from the transaction unless the task is removed.
External Tasks:
If transaction participant has placed or received an external task, then the participant cannot be removed from the transaction unless the task is removed.
Events/Closings:
If the participant being removed is in the escrow company role and there is a closing event with any status, then the participant cannot be removed.
Documents:
If the participant being removed has uploaded a document (Document owner) or is the Sharee of a document, then the participant cannot be removed from the transaction unless the document(s) is un-shared with them or removed.
Messages:
If the participant being removed is the sender or recipient of a message, then the participant cannot be removed from the transaction unless the message is removed for that participant. (If the recipient of the message is a group, then all users in the group will need to remove the message.)
Memo:
If the participant being removed is the author/owner of a memo, then the participant cannot be removed from the transaction unless the memo is removed.
