Adding a New User to an Existing Transaction
In this tutorial, you will learn how to add new participants to your Transactions in TYC. When participants are added to your transactions, they will gain access to the transaction, allowing them to receive pertinent alerts about the transaction regarding the status, shared documents, and allowing you to communicate with them via TYC.
On the home page, select a transaction:

Next, select "See All/Add" on the Participants section on the right side of the page:

Next, select the "Add Participant" button:

Then, select the desired role in the drop-down that you'd like to invite to the transaction:

Then, select the participant drop-down and click "Invite New User":
Next you will enter in the user's contact information. Any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. When done, click "Save":

Then, you can add additional participants if needed. When finished, click "Add":

Your newly added users will now be visible in the Participants section and they will gain access to the transaction, allowing you and other participants to communicate and share items with them via TYC.
